Meet the Director
Ximena Narvaez
Hello, I'm Ximena Narvaez, originally from Ecuador and a proud Bostonian for over two decades. My journey into education began early, fueled by a genuine love for working with children and witnessing their positive responses to our interactions. The birth of my first child 22 years ago ignited a deeper passion, leading me to focus my advanced studies on Early Childhood Education.

Recognizing the importance of continuous learning and adaptability in shaping young minds, I remain committed to ongoing studies. This dedication, coupled with my creativity, energy, and an incredible team, has been the cornerstone of my professional journey. Influential authors such as Dr. Seuss, Eric Carle, David Shannon, Bill Martin Jr, and various Hispanic writers have not only enriched my own English learning experience but also inspired the development of an educational program firmly rooted in diversity, equity, and respect.

Today, drawing from years of managing a family daycare, I am delighted to introduce you to Active Little People or "ALP"!
ALP is more than a place; it's a creation infused with love, dedication, and purpose. I take immense pride in offering our community a welcoming, engaging, and secure space where your family and child will be embraced with open arms.
